Gresham Blake and CLIC Sargent have approached a number of leading celebrities to create a design for a tie that will be produced by Gresham Blake. Each tie will be 100% silk woven in the UK and only a limited number will be manufactured, making each tie a collector's piece. Already in production are designs from luminaries from every walk of life, including U2's The Edge, Biba designer Barbara Hulanicki, Jonathan Ross, Jose Mourinho, Matt Lucas, David Dimbleby, Steve Coogan and Fat Boy Slim.

All proceeds raised from the sale of the silk ties will go directly to CLIC Sargent. This charity provides the widest range of services and the highest number of care professionals to look after children and young people with cancer and their families within the UK. CLIC Sargent is committed to improving this figure further through its specialist care and by funding both clinical and social research projects. The charity operates and delivers care and support both locally and nationally with offices in Bristol and Hammersmith, as well as several regional offices.
