
Returns Policy
We are happy to issue a full refund upon receipt or alternatively, we will exchange the items for you. Return the products to us, in the original packaging with the labels intact and in perfect condition, within 14 days and with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Do not return products in soft packaging such as envelopes or jiffy bags as this may damage the original packaging in transit.
We will not except any returns from CUSTOMERS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU if duty charges were not paid by the customer on receipt of goods.
We only refund postage for faulty or damaged goods.
If no proof of purchase is produced, refund or exchange will be at the last known selling price. This does not effect your statutory rights.
As stated above, please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs and Excise.
PLEASE NOTE Gresham Blake stores cannot issue refunds for items bought via the website.
For exchanges or refunds please return to the address below, we advice all customers to return any items to us obtaining proof of postage or by “signed for” delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not arriving with us. Please ensure you include your contact details.

Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped within 48 hours ( subject to card clearance) by ‘signed for’ courier services. The couriers operate a Monday to Friday service between 9am-5pm and a specific time slot cannot be specified. Please not during busy periods such as seasonal sale and Christmas, shipping may take longer.
If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties maybe charged when your parcel reaches your country. Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees and any other additional charges.
We operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, this is managed by our carriers on a ‘pay on delivery’ basis. Sometimes goods maybe subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cl;eared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs and Excise.
Delivery/shipping charges (excluding duty) and lead times are as follows, please note these are working days and do not include weekends or holidays and are not guaranteed.

- EUROPE AND CHANNEL ISLANDS £15.00 (allow 3-7days for delivery)
- REST OF THE WORLD £20.00 (10-14 days for delivery)
